Lemon eucalyptus is not a blend or mixture. It comes from the eucalyptus citriodora, or lemon-scented gum tree, which is a massive evergreen that grows throughout Asia and Australia. Our lemon eucalyptus oil is steam-distilled from leaves grown in China.
Common Uses:
Lemon eucalyptus is great for repelling bugs. It also can increase relaxation for restful sleep and is great for promoting clear breathing during the cold or flu season. Diffuse or apply topically in 2-5% dilution.
Aromatic Scent:
Lemon Eucalyptus Essential Oil has a camphoraceous odor with a sweet, citrus undertone.
Cautions:
It is non-irritant and non-sensitive. Eucalyptus Lemon Oil should be used in dilution, and be avoided during pregnancy. It is considered toxic if taken internally. Avoid if you have high blood pressure or epilepsy.
